Shipping cost
Free regular shipping on almost every order, to Canada and the United States. Please check final cost at checkout
US customers — duties included
All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any customs duties, brokerage, or import fees are pre-paid by us at the point of shipping. You will not be charged anything on delivery. No surprise fees at your door.
Processing time
We hand-batch and pack in small runs in Mississauga, Ontario. Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. During launch periods or peak holiday weeks, this may extend to 4 business days. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.
Transit time (after dispatch)
· Within Canada — 3 to 7 business days
· To the United States — 5 to 10 business days
Remote addresses and severe weather may add a few days. These are estimates; they are not guarantees.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email the day your parcel leaves our studio. If it has not arrived in your inbox within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then write to us.
Address errors
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check it before you submit. If you spot an error within 2 hours of placing your order, write to us immediately and we will correct it provided the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is in transit, we cannot reroute it.
Lost or stolen parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, please check with neighbours, doormen, and your building manager first — most missing parcels turn up within 48 hours. If it still has not surfaced, write to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace the order at no charge.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and bottles before using them, and email the photos to us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement.
Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused at the door or returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the order amount minus actual outbound shipping and return costs once the parcel is back in our hands.
Returns
Because our products are applied directly to skin, we do not accept returns on opened bottles. Unopened bottles in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Refund Policy for details.
